The Data Infrastructure and Administrative (DI & ADM) Computing subcommittee was convened by Vice Provost for Information Technology, Dr. Frazier, to provide direction and analysis in support of a comprehensive, managed and effective implementation of data infrastructure and administrative computing.

The committee is to take on the issues, concerns, problems and prospects appropriate to data infrastructure and administrative computing and provide the VPIT with careful analysis and recommended direction for solutions in the form of university-wide policy, procedures or standards.

The committee is a part of the visioning process and the policy and implementation process. The committee goal is to get and keep UF in the best IT position possible to help the institution achieve its goal of moving up in the ranks of the nation's top ten public universities.

The committee will work to provide students, staff and faculty the best IT environment possible given the human, physical and fiscal resources of the university.
