Before Graduating You Must

  • Pass the performance based capstone course utilizing Construction Project Simulation.
  • Successfully utilize and interpret the Florida Building Code in classroom tests and reports.
  • Satisfy formal presentation requirements; attend and submit reports for field trips and demonstrate proficiency in writing professional memos and letters.
  • Take the AIC (American Institute of Constructors) Associate Constructor Examination in the final senior semester.
  • Satisfy the Florida statutes for the College-Level Academic Skills Requirement.
  • Complete requirements for the baccalaureate degree, as determined by faculty.
