If students have already completed FIN 3408, MAN 3025, MAR 3023 or their equivalents at another institution, they will be required to take another higher level course in that area. All courses must be taken for a letter grade, not S-U.

Students must be of junior standing before they can apply for the minor in business. It is not available to students in the Warrington College of Business Administration or the Fisher School of Accounting. Application for the minor should be made as early as possible after earning 60 hours, but no later than one semester before graduation.

Admission to the minor is selective and enrollment is limited. To be considered for admission, students must have a minimum 2.0 overall grade point average on all UF course work
attempted.

Regardless of other graduation requirements specified by the student’s current college, a 2.0 grade point average on all attempts on all courses for the minor is required for the Warrington College of Business Administration to certify award of the minor. All graduating students who meet this requirement and have been approved for the minor will have the minor listed on their transcript.
