Emergency Contact Updates
Please establish an emergency contact and update this information as often as you need to. The process is quick and easy, and a little effort could make a major difference in an emergency.
- Log on to Gatordex via the myUFL portal.
- From the left menu, go to My Account and choose Update my Directory Profile.
- Choose Addresses and Phone Numbers (second orange header, in box), then Choose Add New Addresses and Related Phones (blue menu on left).
- Item 1. In the Address Types dropdown, choose EMERGENCY CONTACT.
- Go to Item 2. On the ATTENTION Line, enter your CONTACT's NAME; on the DELIVERY Line, add their ADDRESS. Then add CITY and ZIP CODE.
In the COMMENTS field, key in the contact's RELATIONSHIP to YOU (mother, grandfather, etc.). - Go to Item 3. Enter the contact's PHONE NUMBER and select EMERGENCY CONTACT from the DROPDOWN LIST.
- Click Submit. You will receive a verification or you will be returned to the page to correct an error.
- When your emergency contact information has been created, you can return to the main Gatordex menu by clicking Gatordex Home (in orange, at top right of page) and follow the directions to change the information in various sections.
