Additional Information: Medical withdrawals (dropping all courses for medical reason) must be referred
to the Dean of Students Office, 202 Peabody Hall.
If after checking screen PET you are unable to assist the student, please call ext.7907 or message Dan Hodges
(dhodges in GATA). If Dan is unavailable, leave a message with the student's name, UF ID, phone number and
e-mail address (preferred). He will contact the student. If an immediate answer is needed, contact Sharon O'Quinn
(ext.7214), Diana Hull (ext.7277) or Toby Shorey (ext.7908). The Petitions Committee meets Tuesday afternoons.
This process can take 1-2 weeks. Results will be mailed as soon as possible.
